A gorgeous free gift, and cherry crumble too!

Yes, I know, I am such a let-down. After all the excitement of my blogiversary, I haven't posted anything for days. *makes loser sign at myself* I've had stuff going on in my personal life which tired me out last week, and then I managed to get what I think is conjunctivitis, which doesn't really make for hours of sitting happily behind a computer screen. Anyway, to cheer me up, I received a gorgeous free gift (FREE!) as a thank you for being the first customer of a fabulous Artfire shop.

I have bought a friend of mine something lovely and sparkly from gr8jewellery's shop (Kats, if you're reading this, don't....erm...read this. Or something). Anyway, I made my purchase, and this is what I received as a thank you:

It's so pretty, I haven't seen a bookmark in that form before. And the beads are my favourite colour too. I am using the bookmark right now (well, not *right* now, but when I read in bed - Jane Austen's 'Mansfield Park', for the umpteenth time, just in case you're interested).

There are some seriously gorgeous items in gr8jewellery's shop - I absolutely love these earrings:

I know, turquoise and green, I'm so predictable. I can totally recommend gr8jewellery's shop - she has gorgeous items and her gift wrapping is so pretty.

And as if that wasn't enough, The Husbinator decided to dispose of the cherry glut in the fridge (I get overexcited and keep buying punnets of cherries, as I know the season is short *weeps*) by making....cherry crumbles! Behold, the beauty!
So, so delicious. *happy sigh*
